2. Product Information & Intended Use

Bacwater.io supplies premium bacteriostatic water and related laboratory supplies. You explicitly agree that all products purchased are intended solely for laboratory research purposes. You represent and warrant that you will properly test, use, manufacture, and market any products purchased from Bacwater.ae in strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Ordering & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected violation of our "Research Use Only" policy. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We strive to process and ship all orders within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the sterile and sensitive nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns once a product has been shipped. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Refunds or replacements will be issued at our sole discretion following a review of the claim.

6. Liability Limitations

Bacwater.io shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The buyer assumes all risk and liability for the use of the products.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site or our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services and potential legal action.
